The Housing Resource Center is a part of the Housing Policy Division. In support of HPD and department goals the mission of the Housing Resource Center is to provide information and communications in support of the diverse policy and program activities of the Department. To accomplish this, the Housing Resource Center acquires, organizes and disseminates housing-related information from within and outside the department to local governments, other State agencies and officials, developers, nonprofit organizations and the general public.

The Housing Resource Center includes:

• A library collection of books, reports, journals newsletters and other resource materials relevant to housing and community development issues.
• Reference and research assistance available from the HRC Librarian and the Housing Policy Development Division policy analysts.
• Publications available on a variety of topics such as housing law, Redevelopment activities, homeownership and affordable housing
