Housing Element Update Schedule
The housing element update schedules (Government Code Section 65588) for local governments are listed below, pursuant to SB 491, (2003 California Statutes, Chapter 58) and AB 2158, (Statutes of 2004, Chapter 696)) and AB 1259 (Statutes 2007, Chapter 696).
